Treeplanting has changed.

From rough-and-tumble origins in the early 1970s, the treeplanting industry has evolved toward a sophisticated approach to health and safety. Timberline is dedicated to pushing the industry forward and to creating a healthy, safe and fun culture for our treeplanters. We do so by:

• enacting forward thinking injury prevention and injury management

  • preventative care

  • not pushing through injuries

  • adequate time off for recovery after injuries

  • encouraging planters to rest when needed

• hiring mature, skilled and respectful crewleaders and supervisors

• staying current with training and cultural shifts in the silviculture industry
